Maine airport receives $7M to improve infrastructure and winter runway

The Presque Isle International Airport will receive more than $7 million between two separate grants this year to improve infrastructure and the runway in winter through the Federal Aviation Administration’s Airport Improvement Program. In recent years, the airport has received substantial funding from the FAA to help improve operations.
