As construction continues on Lafayette Regional Airport’s new $90-million, 120,000 square-foot terminal, the airport has seen record numbers of travelers over the course of 2019. The new terminal, which will replace the current one, has been under construction for about a year. The overall cost — including ancillary projects — is around $145 million.
